Important results from the project
Project met our initial goals, delivering a functional MVP (Agent Q) that reduced manual design reviews and integrated real user insights. Beyond that, the project sparked new collaborations in AI analytics, opening doors for broader implementations. This included engagement with academic partners and potential spin-offs for different product lines. Overall, we exceeded the original scope and laid a strong foundation for future innovation.
Expected long term effects
In the long term, the project is expected to lead to a more efficient and data-driven development process in the automotive industry, allowing design and engineering teams to quickly identify and rectify quality issues. By extending AI solutions to more stakeholders, including smaller OEMs and academic institutions, it drives innovation, supports sustainability, and provides a competitive edge in perceived quality.
Approach and implementation
The project followed a structured approach with five work packages covering AI development, testing, and documentation. Clear roles and regular checkpoints ensured quality and timeliness. No major obstacles arose, and unexpected technical insights led to beneficial collaborations. Overall, the solution was delivered as planned, providing added value through its organized methodology and fruitful teamwork.
