Important results from the project
The challange has been to enable interoperability and integrability by provided devices and services. The goal of the project has shown that the vision and challange is achieved. This based on the facts that it is proved information exchange between systems by use of service oriented principles and design patterns. It are also showed that methods and models has been successfully. Patterns, methods, templates and principles support a heterogeneous view around construction and enable system to collaborate.
Expected long term effects
The results are: * Designpatterns, heterogeneous view regarding principles and documentation * Common core architecture, service oriented principles * Loosely coupled services and systems * Methods regarding collaboration (workshops), deliveries (releases), tests and demonstrations Successful effects to achieve situation adopted system compositions based on current situations and demands. It is easy, fast and flexible to make systems, services and resources to collaborate successfully. The result has also derived in business opportunities, new solutions and products.
Approach and implementation
The project workpackages was good with following groupings: * Application and business workpackages * Workpackages support technical aspects as interoperability and integrability and other support functionality * Workpackages handle dissmemination, results and coordination. Successfully activities: * Workshops, really valuable for fast and clear have progress within the different projects parts. Good collaboration between workpackages. * Demonstration, really measurable progress during these events. The partners put high effort within those to get them successfully.
