Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was carried out during Corona with all the problems it brought, but was met with enthusiasm in our own organization and others who participated along the journey. You cannot change the world in 2 years, but participating organizations have co-created all the way through the project and all voices have participated in the process. The project has meant that a dialogue has been started in an area that has been neglected and the first step towards inclusion and knowledge of norms on a broad front has started.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Through the co-creation that began in the own organization, the project has anchored it well. The value base created in the project now provides guidance on which rules apply in the conversation. The project has trained around 25 ambassadors, gathered around 120 participants in 12 digital roundtable discussions. Over 50 organizations have participated in 20 different competence development meetings. The work has also resulted in an active Linkedin group with roughly 220 members.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** To ensure survival, the project has involved training in several ways. One for Ambassadors internally, in partner organizations and with parties in our project portfolio. These ambassadors will spread the knowledge in their organizations that ring the water. A handbook in Inkluderande Innovation has been produced, with information, advice and concrete examples. The project ended with a conference in hybrid form, where presentations and discussion highlighted inclusion from different angles, 80 people participated.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
