Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to investigate, develop, and test the platform´s functions and design as well as the parameters that are important for the algorithm. The project´s objectives also included assessing the willingness to pay and doing a market analysis.
Expected long term effects
The project went according to plan, which resulted in a platform developed according to requirements and needs from logistics companies and a structure for pricing.
Approach and implementation
In the project, a lot of iterations were carried out based on continuous feedback from the logistics companies and surveys of all processes in a logistics flow. A large part of the project also consisted of tests, design and work on improving the algorithm. We also investigated the willingness to pay through interviews.
