Important results from the project

The project has largely fulfilled its goal to connect Sweden and Canada in AI. Short-term objectives: Implemented activities such as webinars and matchmaking have led to concrete knowledge transfers and relationships between Swedish and Canadian actors. Long-term objectives: The established relationships, especially in health and academia, will have a long-lasting effects through new collaborations. The collaboration has also shown significant learnings, especially around the importance of focusing on individuals to build trust and collaboration.

Expected long term effects

Over 100 activities, including webinars and study visits, have driven knowledge transfer and inspired Swedish actors. The collaboration has strengthened Sweden´s AI competence, promoted AI adoption in healthcare and as an effect laid the foundation for future projects in health, academia and industry.
