AI assistant for financial and sustainability reporting

Purpose and goal

The project aims to automate manual routines around annual report production including sustainability reporting according to CSRD, to streamline and simplify reporting. Strong emphasis is placed on user experience, scalability, and compliance with information security and regulatory standards.

Expected effects and result

Expected results include making the current manual and resource-intensive process more efficient by leveraging AI. This is expected to improve accuracy and reduce costs to create a wider impact on Swedish industry and its sustainability reporting. The project is thereby expected to contribute to more companies voluntarily choosing to report on sustainability.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is organised in three work packages and a coordination activity that runs throughout the project. The three work packages consist of: UX and UI design and development. AI development and integration. Continous testing, user tests and evaluation. Industrial project partners/requirement owners participate continuously in the project with user tests and by conveying requirements. The project ends with communication and dissemination of the results.
