Approach and implementation
The project results have been generated by applying the risk management method described in the final report on two test beds, AI solutions at SKV and FK. The work has been carried out in digital workshops with cross-functional participation from each test bed. In addition, analysis work has also been carried out in various constellations. One conclusion is that cross-functionality is a success factor in ensuring gender equal AI. Furthermore, gender experts from each participating org participated, it was highlighted that these be involved early in the introduction of AI.
