Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim of the project was to test and evaluate a model for affiliate competence in a pilot study. The project´s objective was to, based on results and experiences from the pilot study, propose a national mobility program for strengthened business collaboration and increased knowledge exchange, and to develop content for a target group-adapted introductory package to universities aimed at affiliated competence and other collaborative contacts. The aim and objective are fulfilled.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Within the framework of the pilot study, nine affiliations were made at Luleå University of Technology and Lund University. The results show with clearly that the concept has contributed to creating lessons and value for both the affiliated participants as well as their contact persons and for their managers in the business world. Despite the limited scope of the study, the results confirm the concept´s importance as a strategic mobility tool and part of a future national mobility initiative.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was carried out in parallel in Lund and Luleå, which provided valuable experience. Nine affiliations could be made and a close follow-up of each affiliate has been carried out. The methodology used showed great usefulness and follow-up is a methodology that we see potential value of also for eg co-optations.
