Important results from the project
Action For Society is a digital initiative for safer citizens. People, schools, organizations, municipalities and companies can make a stand, collaborate and work preventative, contributing to a greater sense of safety for all. Citizens feeling less safe is a problem not only for those experiencing it, but also for equality and mental health in society at large. We want all people to feel more safe and increase well-being and equality. We´ve developed a safety app for the general public and an Insight portal for premium clients. We´re working on our goal of 500 users during the pilot phase.
Expected long term effects
The result can be evaluated once the app is launched. Expected effects are that citizens, schools, organizations, municipalities and corporations increase their knowledge of the safety situation in their local area. By collaborating in the app´s features; StandUp, SpeakUp, ReachOut and LearnUp the safety situation can be improved. Matters are collected in a system for schools, organizations, municipalities and employers and contributes to a safety database and a knowledge source. They can act on matters and educate preventive to increase safety.
