Important results from the project
By spending a month in Silicon Valley and meeting mentors, collaborators and other companies, we have gained valuable insights into what is required for establishment in the US. Insights about the organization, product and practical issues. As a direct result of the project, we have established contact with 5 new investors whom we are in regularly contact with. In addition to this, we have contact partners with whom we are in constant contact and receive support on issues relating to investment, organizational development and sales strategies.
Expected long term effects
We have made valuable contacts with investors, companies and partners. Through these we have the opportunity for continuous learning and support in questions about the company´s development. As a result of the project, we have also developed a number of KPIs that we follow up on a regular basis. These KPIs are related to the product, sales and organizational development.
Approach and implementation
The program consisted of several workshops that covered important parts for the development of the company and our business model. In addition to these workshops we were given the opportunity to book individual meetings with mentors and investors. The individual meetings gave a great value and served as a good complement to workshops. We were given the opportunity to go to the depths of questions directly linked to our company. We have also learned a lot from through experiences from the other companies participating in the program.
