Purpose and goal
To develop a passive integrated circuit technology for quantum computing applications suitable for control of superconducting quantum circuits.

The key steps in a fab process that can be used to manufacture passive integrated circuits for quantum computers.
Planned approach and implementation
The work will predominantly be carried out in MyFab´s clean room as well as in investigations through computer simulations.
