Important results from the project
Enigio Time has conducted a market analysis and has developed a business plan for commercialization of trace:original in Europe and the rest of the world. The conclusion is that there is a very large and global market for this solution and that there is currently a market window for this solution as we have a head start compared to competitors. All goals within this project have been achieved.
Expected long term effects
The results of the market analysis and business plan show that we have a great market window because we are very early compared to competitors. Becoming visible and taking market shares in Europe is now crucial. As we are early with our technical solution, there are challenges to receiving financing in the form of venture capital, which means that Horizon 2020 grants are a strategically very important next step in achieving this ambitious plan.
Approach and implementation
During the market research work, we spent a lot of time collecting data and statistics for different markets and geographic areas. Then we searched for existing solutions, competitors and alternative solutions. This work was complemented with a large number of interviews with relevant persons in each relevant market.
