Costs that we can fund
Costs that we can fund
Published: 20 March 2020
Because of the coronavirus, we need to inform those of you who receive funding from us of how we interpret the term eligible costs.
Under current circumstances travels, conferences and other types of meetings and social gatherings may be cancelled. We're aware that this happens to many of our projects.
Cancelling trips and events may result in additional costs for goods or services that can't be delivered to or used by the project.
We fund actual and reasonable costs
For us to fund a cost - that is, for a cost to be eligible - it must be an actual cost incurred by a project participant during the project time. It should also be reasonable and incurred for the sole purpose of carrying out the project.
We consider actual costs in the project arising from cancellations made on the basis of recommendations and restrictions by Swedish authorities as eligible. But only if we consider the costs that you originally planned for the cancelled activity as eligible.
Please try to plan your work and act proactively to reduce any additional costs that missing goods or servicing can incur.
If your projects has been changed or cancelled
If your project can't be completed as planned or is delayed, you can request a change of project.
