Furthermore, it includes investments to stop the depletion of biological diversity and the reconstruction of ecosystems, better management of natural resources, and innovative use within the boundaries of ecosystems. The change must be transformative and include an egalitarian societal transformation, in order to reach the EU's climate goals.

The cluster's destinations:

  1. Biodiversity and ecosystem services
  2. Fair, healthy and environment-friendly food systems from primary production to consumption
  3. Circular economy and bioeconomy sectors
  4. Clean environment and zero pollution
  5. Land, ocean and water for climate action
  6. Resilient, inclusive, healthy and green rural, coastal and urban communities
  7. Innovative governance, environmental observations and digital solutions in support of the Green Deal

National reference group

Within each area of Horizon Europe there is a national reference group. The task of the reference group is to assist the program committee experts by gathering needs and opinions from the Swedish research community, business, the public sector and other relevant actors. The members of the reference group are often representatives of a certain sector, or some other broader grouping.

If you have any questions about the reference group or its work, you are welcome to contact the first listed program committee expert (for contact details see above).
