When you apply for funding in any of Vinnova's initiatives, you are encouraged to work for an equal gender distribution between women and men at all levels of the project. You also need to keep in mind that women and men should have equal opportunities for power and influence in the project. Consideration should also be given to how resources such as working hours or grant are distributed within the project.
If the project is not equated at present, you as an applicant asked to comment on this. For example, it may be that the gender distribution in the project team is not relevant at this stage of the project. You then need to describe long-term objective linked to gender equality and how in the project's implementation you will work to achieve this objective.
