Strategic Innovation Programme Produktion2030, call 11 for proposals within research and innovation.

In its call for proposals, the strategic innovation programme Produktion2030 is advertising SEK 25 million for research and innovation projects. The aim of the call for proposals is to create research and innovation projects which correspond to the challenges that Produktion2030 has identified within six areas of strength. Research and innovation projects have a project period of a maximum 3 years and can apply for a maximum SEK 5 million in grant funding.

What can you apply for?

Research and innovation projects implemented by industrial companies operating in the Swedish manufacturing industry, as well as universities and research institutes.

Who can apply?

Consortiums must consist of at least three companies and at least two research partners. Only universities and research institutes can be a grant recipient.

How much can you apply for?

The maximum grant per project is SEK 5 million. The requirement for co-financing from the industrial partner is at least 50 percent.

  • What is the offer about?

    This offer finances medium-risk research and innovation projects with a length of 2 to 3 years. The long-term impact of the project will help to increase the sustainability and competitiveness of the Swedish manufacturing industry. The Strategic Innovation Programme, Production2030, would like to see applications for new research and innovation projects build on previously funded idea projects.

    The projects funded in this announcement should be clearly focused on one of the Produktion2030's 6 areas of strength, which are:

    1. Resource-efficient production
    2. Flexible production
    3. Virtual production
    4. Humans in the production system
    5. Circular production systems and maintenance
    6. Integrated product and production development

    What happens after the call has closed?

    Once your application has been registered, we'll send a confirmation email to the person responsible for the user account, as well as to the project manager and the company signer. Please note that this may take a few hours after the call has closed.

    After the closing date, you can't register any new information. You may only add information to your application if we ask for it.

    Who can read your application?

    Applications submitted to us become official documents. However, we don't disclose information about business operations, inventions or research results if it can be assumed that someone will suffer economic damage if we do.

    This means that we must disclose the documents if someone requests them. However, we can black out information if we believe it could cause economic harm if disclosed.
