Further develop the industry together
The manufacturing industry is a pillar of the Swedish economy and is a base for our employment. Lots of Swedish companies were early adopters of the opportunities offered by digitalisation.
So far, we have managed to retain our competitiveness in an ever tougher global market. Now we need to gather our strength around production in order to further develop industry in Sweden together. We need to do this to secure future welfare and jobs, and to ensure that Sweden stands internationally as a country of manufacture for advanced products and services.
Our objective
The aim of the programme is to create a national base of research, innovation and training for competitive Swedish production 2030.
