Research, development and innovation projects in the fields of applied ICT, life science, transport and sustainable urban development. The project must last for 2-3 years.

Who can apply?

Companies in collaboration with academia and/or the public sector. The project must have a cooperation with China. The constellation in China shall consist of companies and academia.

How much can you apply for?

The total budget for projects in Sweden is SEK 20 million. With this we intend to finance about 4-6 projects. The total budget for projects in China is 20 million RMB.

    We want to encourage initiatives that, through research and innovation, develop and increase competence in the areas of health and transport. The projects will be a collaboration between Swedish and Chinese actors. The projects should last between two and three years.

    What should the project team look like?

    The project group should be a constellation consisting of a Swedish group and a Chinese group. The Swedish constellation shall consist of collaboration between at least one corporate party and one party from academia and / or the public sector. We welcome both small and medium-sized companies as well as large companies. We require self-financing from participating companies of at least 50 percent. The bilateral constellation must be specified in the proposal. Each national group searches in their respective country.

    How to apply

    To apply for funding, you need to complete an application form in our application portal, Intressentportalen. The form contains questions about your project, project members and budget.

    This happens when the call for proposal closed

    Once your proposal registered, we will send a confirmation to the person responsible for the user account as well as to the project manager and company signer. This may take a few hours after the call for proposal closes.

    When the call for proposal closed, you cannot change or fill in any new information. Then you can only complete your proposal if we ask for it.

    Who can read your proposal ?

    Applications submitted to us become general documents. But we do not disclose information about the business, inventions or research results if it can be assumed that someone is suffering financial damage if the information is shown.

    This means that we must disclose the documents if someone requests them. But we secretly disclose the information that we believe could cause financial harm if disclosed.
