Internal whistleblower channel

We want to do everything we can to detect any irregularities within our organization at an early stage. That's why we have an internal whistleblower channel.

This web page has been machine translated. If there are any uncertainties, please refer to the Swedish text.

You can blow the whistle when there is misconduct that there is a public interest in revealing. Examples of misconduct that are normally covered are violations of laws and regulations, corruption, bribery, economic crime, misuse of financial resources and serious harassment. Violations within a variety of laws and regulations with EU legal basis such as public procurement, product safety and environmental protection are also covered.

Information that only concerns your personal work situation, such as dissatisfaction with salary or similar, generally does not constitute a whistleblower case and should not be reported through the service.

The Act does not apply to reporting of classified information pursuant to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) or information relating to national security in activities of a public authority within the defence and security area.

You do not need to have proof of your report, it is sufficient that you have reasonable grounds to believe that the information you provide is true. The report may not be based on rumour or hearsay, and it is not permitted to lie or knowingly provide false information in the report.

Who can blow the whistle?
