Our import jobs

For our open data, we run two jobs:

• the queue job retrieves data from Effekta
• the update job puts the data into Episerver

The data is updated within three hours

If someone changes in Effect, it takes a maximum of three hours before it appears on the web.

• First, it may take a little while before our APIs read the information from Effekta. That reading takes place every hour and a half.
• Then it can take another hour or so before the information is added to the queue.
• It then takes approximately another 40 minutes before it is updated in Episerver.

Manual runs

It is still possible to force a run manually under Admin by first running the "to-queue job", waiting five minutes and then running the "to-epi job".

It is also possible to run the import job manually to only retrieve data for a certain reference number. You can find this in the global menu Effect import and Download about.
