MNT-ERA.NET a cooperation between a number of national/regional research financiers and is implemented with support from the EU’s Framework Programme. MNT-ERA.NET aims to strengthen the competitiveness of Europe’s industry through increased coordination of R&D projects within micro and nanotechnology, plus various forms of support for project funding.
During 2006-2009, MNT-ERA.NET held common calls for proposals aimed at transnational consortia whose participants were seeking project funding from at least two of the national or regional R&D bodies participating in each call. VINNOVA participated in these in 2006, 2008 and 2009.
Sweden is participating in MNT-ERA.NET under VINNOVA’s Designed Materials initiative.
